Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

We strive for customer satisfaction. You can gladly return or exchange the item within 1-2 days of receiving your purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition. We encourage you to return items within our open hours or via The Courier Guy.

Should you be unsatisfied due to a visible quality issue, please return the product to us within 1 week of receiving the purchase so that we can replace it for you.

If you would like to exchange or return a purchase, please contact us on so that we can arrange collection.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Orders typically take about 3 days to process and approximately 1-2 business days to arrive at the delivery address you provided during checkout (excluding public holidays and weekends).

A delivery fee will be calculated and added to your order during the check out.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is completed, it will be booked for door to door delivery with our courier partner. Soon thereafter, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Your order will normally arrive at your doorstep within 1-2 business days of the courier collecting it from us. Please allow 24 hours after receiving the email before tracking it as it may not yet reflect on the courier’s tracking system.
